Certain Online Gifts IKE services, including Social Sentinel and related social media management tools, allow business customers to connect Facebook and Instagram business assets that they own or are authorized to manage.

When a customer authorizes a Meta integration, Online Gifts IKE may receive Platform Data made available through Meta's APIs. Depending on the services selected by the customer, this may include information relating to business Pages or professional accounts, posts, comments, messages, advertising activity, engagement and other information necessary to provide the requested service.

We process this information solely to provide services requested or configured by the customer, including social media monitoring and management, message and comment handling, moderation, reporting, recommendations and authorized actions on connected business assets.

Each customer's Platform Data is logically separated and is used only for providing services to that customer. We do not use one customer's Platform Data to provide services to another customer.

We do not sell Meta Platform Data. We do not use Meta Platform Data for unrelated advertising, independent profiling, or targeting individuals for advertising on behalf of third parties.

Where a customer enables AI-assisted functionality, limited relevant data may be processed by contracted technology or AI service providers solely for the purpose of generating the requested responses, classifications, recommendations or other customer-facing functionality. Such providers act on our behalf and are not permitted to use the data for unrelated purposes.

Customers control which Meta business assets they connect and may disconnect an integration or request deletion of associated data. Where technically applicable, revoking Meta authorization stops future access to the connected Meta assets.

Online Gifts IKE applies appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect Platform Data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

Customers may request deletion of data associated with their connected Meta business assets by contacting us at support@ogsocialsentinel.com.

Upon a valid deletion request, Online Gifts IKE will delete or anonymize the relevant stored Platform Data, except where retention is required by applicable law or is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

Customers may also revoke the application's access through their Meta account or business settings.
